Because the Human Mind is not subject to any standard of calibration...that is 100% quantifiable.

Oh, I agree but a half million dollar payment for a speech is basically an outright direct payment bribe with the speech done as a technicality. The clintons perfected that scheme. At least a donation goes to a campaign which has oversight and regs. Not directly into anyone's personal bank account.

While fishing on Lake Ontario I saw a beautiful, graceful yacht. It was new, spotless sleek, & gorgeous.
I mentioned it, and our guide told me it belonged to a divorce lawyer.
So basically, that guy was boating around in 10 other guy's yachts.
