It will take the Arlington nearly 3 weeks to arrive at the current trouble spot.

There are plenty of people who plan ahead in the US military and intelligence services, not to mention our allied counterparts.

The problem is that Trump always believes he's the smartest person in the room and never listens to anyone who disagrees with him. It's one reason why he replaced all the top people with sycophants.
