Everyone in this photo is a Democrat.

One looks like an immigrant, Brother Leon.

Trump, a man whose sexual insecurities are such that he feels the need to reassure the republic that his tiny little fingers are not proportional to his genitals — Lincoln versus Douglas this ain’t — and to boast in his memoirs about his sex life (“Oftentimes when I was sleeping with one of the top women in the world I would say to myself, thinking about me as a boy from Queens, ‘Can you believe what I am getting?’”), invested in beauty pageants and a modeling agency.

If you are thinking that sounds like a pretty transparent ploy to put himself in the company of economically subordinate women, the fact is that his third/current wife is a former client of the Trump modeling agency, a Slovene by the name of Melanija Knavs, known to the world now as Melania Trump.

The third/current Mrs. Trump came to these United States on an H-1B visa.

Being married to Donald Trump is, as it turns out, another temporary job Americans just won’t do.

Both guys in this photo WERE democrats.

Certainly. That was when there used to be conservative Democrats and liberal Republicans. Now that the two parties aren't heterogeneous, politics currently resembles a civil war more than a principled effort to better our nation. RomneyCare was fine, but ObamaCare is poison. Oil, farm, ethanol, and export subsidies were fine for encouraging business, but now are simply corporate welfare. The sword cuts both ways, and both sides need to understand that this country comes before anybody's political bent.

I'm a republican. A staunchly adamant republican. But the cannonball turds coming out of an elephant is on the Republican party. Do you not know the difference between a republican and a Republican? Let me treat you like a two year old. Donnie, this country was founded on republican ideals, not Republican vicissitudes. That means that they wanted to protect the disenfranchised. They did not want a simple majority to terrorize an unpopular minority. So they made three (3) branches of government. One to make laws, one to enforce laws, and one to protect the inalienable rights of all citizens. What the founders feared was religious dogma, scientific denial, and social conformity that could (and would) impinge on inalienable rights. Were they infallible? Nah, they had slaves. But they laid the groundwork for all of us to have a fair shake. An open free market with controls to limit monopolies and other powerful entities was their vision. Citizens United was definitely not in their playbook. But, this is the best that we have come up with. Let us embrace Citizens United as a last stop defense of corporate rights. Even though there were no corporations during our founding, we can only guess that the founders wanted to protect individuals from corporate malfeasance and greed. After all, poor people enticed into mis-represented home loans were to blame, not the purveyors of sub-prime loan profits.

Glass-Stegall must ride again. Get the fucking banks out of speculation. Are you stupid? Do you really want big banks to steal your money, and then blame you? I'm a donkey, but I don't forget.
