Everyone Excited to hear that Brandon finally will sanction Russian Oil?

The U.S. needs to do EVERYTHING it can here, short of starting WWIII.

This is an existential threat, unlike any we have really faced in recent decades. It is very unlikely that Putin stops w/ the Ukraine if he is successful there.

Conservatives should stop nitpicking every move, and realize that the globe is unified against this action. It's like they're waiting for a new opportunity to take Biden down. This is the time when people set partisanship aside and we focus on a common enemy.

Biden is taking himself down, no help is needed. as to common enemies, would you say that someone who is on the payroll of our enemies is a traitor? then just look at the Bidens and clintons-----------both families on the payroll of russia and china.

I don't know. Should you? I asked the question to find out if anyone was excited that the US finally stopped funding Russia's drive into the Ukraine.

No, because the people of Europe and America are already suffering from Biden's bungling. If bungling Brandon's Obama-era "experts" hadn't tried to use NATO as their political pawns in a game of chicken, I think Putin would have contented himself with recognizing the two separatist regions of Ukraine.

What crap Damo

He is layering on the punishment

It’s more effective that way

Expecting everything like this to be done at once is stupid

He is layering on the sanctions

There will be more to come

He’s talking to CEOs

To help him LAYERING ON THE SANCTIONS

Acting stupid so you can keep hating on Biden makes you an asshole

Agreed on layering as a strategy.

The good news is the US only gets about 7% of our oil from Russia...a situation I see as more of a friendly "buy from your friends/local store" strategy...along with the option to execute this particular option of boycotting thereby cutting Russia's income by another 7%.

The bad news is that, IIRC, Europe gets over 40% of their energy from Russia. The US has been warning about Europe becoming energy dependent upon Russia since 1997 when Nord Stream was first built. Most of those voices were from professionals in politics, intelligence agencies and the military. Politicians and private companies profiting off from this said the equivalent of "Russia, Russia, Russia" and "the 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back".

So here we are, forced to choose between permanently knuckling down for Russia to keep our Ford and Dodge pickups running or temporarily tighten our belts like our grandparents did in WWII.

Personally, I think too many Americans are too soft to accept it. They'll kneel down as long as they can have their toys.

In 50 years we will be using different energy sources. I really do support an active and eager work towards new energy. I just also support energy independence while we get there. For instance... back in the day I talked about using LNG in vehicles, it is slightly more expensive but it is less damaging to the environment.. I just believe we should use every source available in the interim.

Dude

You denied GW was real

We had an epic discussion on it back in the day

I would show you the science that PROVED IT like drilled ice core that proved the change over thousands of years

You just went blind to facts in the thread

What the fuck with this claim you now make about your take on the science?

Who besides you, and, probably Tucker, claim Biden tried to use NATO as a pawn? What would you have suggested on how to handle Putin's build up and eventual attack on Ukraine?

Why do you think all the NATO countries are fucking morons, just pawns in game of life?

I have never denied GW was real that's just idiot partisanship replacing your ability to think and understand what others say. It's you building a stupid strawman based on what you want to argue rather than what I have stated over the years. I have, ever since you have known me, engaged in supporting a policy that utilizes every source of energy with energy independence as a goal while we work towards new and better energy sources.

While your crippling partisanship will never let you understand that, it is important to me to point out what I have said and have always said about energy in the US.

They keep saying on the news that we are waiting for Brandon's latest report on new Sanctions that he finally and reluctantly will set on Russia (after the political will of the US Citizens pushed him into action).

Are you happy?

I'm happy to help Ukraine in their War with Putin.
I'm waiting for the Fox News Drama Queens to go insane over 'HIGHER PRICES FOR GASOLINE'. You know it's coming.

Never underestimate the American people

Even the fox fools are coming around

Fox tried at first to back Putin

Their viewers didn’t go along

Fox had to switch it up

They will try

They are the Russian propaganda arm in America

Drilling drilling drilling is not the answer. Renewable energy sources are. That's what other Western nations are doing. Will the QOP finally get on board with the energy of the future, or continue to burn dinosaurs because they *are* dinosaurs?

Yup the EV car is the answer:laugh:
