Well, for starters, unlike you I bothered to look up what you didn't. There are only a handful of serious haz mat incidents a year, typically about a half dozen. The last direct death from a haz mat incident / accident involving rail cars was in 2011. There were no haz mat incidents involving rail cars on anything approaching the Ohio disaster during Trump's term. The closest I can find is July 2020 when a 100 year old bridge in Tempe Arizona collapsed as a train was crossing it. But it didn't involve a mass chemical fire or mass toxic release of gases, smoke, or water contaminants and the response was far better than in Ohio.
