The president of the United States, a former president, United States has a security clearance. He also has a skiff. They have secure facilities that they created there at Mar-a-Lago. The president has executive privilege. So he has a classified clearance.

Trump is no longer President so he no longer has executive privilege. Trump does not have classified clearance. Biden didn't grant him such clearance. If there is a SCIF at Mar-a-Lago then why were the documents not located in that SCIF but were instead in an unlocked storage closet not far from the pool?

I have seen reports that the SCIF was removed when Trump was no longer President. I can't confirm it.

So were any of those documents that Chaffetz claimed to have subpoenaed his property or the property of the US Government?
Were any of those documents in the safe classified government documents clearly marked as classified?
Did Clinton refuse to return those documents to the federal government when asked?

Clinton and Trump were not treated the same because the circumstances were completely different. It would be like arguing that a mass murderer and a jay walker were not treated the same because one was arrested and jailed and the other only handed a ticket.
