That is bullshit, what she said in response to the question was that it was a way off and November's elections were what she focused upon, on the same show a Republican Congressman from somewhere gave the exact same response when asked if he would support Trump in 2024

Not true

The current GOP isn't going to stop him from getting the nomination if he pursues it, and can't think of any reason he wouldn't, beyond that, as we have already witnessed, the party, and an entire major news network will do anything they can regardless to get him elected. Add on top all the supposed "election reforms" the GOP made in key States to discourage voting and I wouldn't count Donnie out
