It's very much like Missouri then. Same thing with that state. Our congressional district (in a suburb of St. Louis) used to vote blue. It was gerrymandered out of existence. Oh, we were all still there being dirty rotten socialist libtards, but they added enough bit of a couple of rural counties to our south, where the racist whites fled in the 70s and 80s, to make it an almost permanent red district. You may recall Todd "Legitimate Rape" Akin? He was one of our congressworms.

Thanks! I can relate, and I do have some family members in the greater St. Louis area and they say the same things you are saying today.

That is why HR-1 is coming- and cannot be denied, and that is the Bill that will have very little non-partisan support- if any.

AND THAT IS WHY THE DEMOCRATS WILL DEFINITELY CHANGE THE RULES FOR THAT VOTE.

Democracy is at stake and we must shore it up!

In 2018 the voters here in Michigan voted to create a nonpartisan committee whose job it will be to redistrict the state to make it fair for all. I haven't heard what progress they've made on that so far. Do you suppose that has to do with waiting the results of the 2020 census?
