I don't see it hitting 1 to 1 or collapsing without 3 or 4 more pig hits.

Depends on which of the PIIGS falls... Spain alone would cause the collapse, Italy alone might also. If it is Ireland, Greece or Portugal, then you might be right.

But the key I think is not the PIIGS falling, but rather the greater likelihood that Germany or France pull out.

The next support level is about $1.15-1.17. If it breaks that, it will head to dollar parity.

Spain is already adopting austerity measures to avoid the hit. It may still come but they are being proactive. A strong dollar is great long term, we won't be hearing about pricing oil in Euro's anytime soon.

Spain is PROPOSING austerity measures. If they are enacted, then it is likely they will survive without default. They are in the best shape out of the PIIGS, so they have the best shot at survival.

However, if they see protests like Greece saw and the people of Spain refuse to accept the measures being proposed, then they too will be inching closer to the edge of the abyss.
