Care to show us where I changed my song? "Alleged" is definitely part of my vocabulary and I use it as needed. There is a difference between committing an act and whether that act rises to being a chargeable crime.
There can be little doubt at this point that Trump kept documents and other items that under the law he was supposed to turn over to the National Archives. Whether that rises to something that can be charged as a crime against Trump himself that leads to a conviction is another question entirely.
