I never made any such claim I asked what Harris meant by equity but you can't answer. The reason you wont answer is because you know she meant that blacks should get help before whites.

Maybe they did? But personally I doubt it, I suspect poor people suffered more than wealthy. A larger percentage of black people are poor.
