again...one can compare the leadership of a political party organization to the STSFF function in the military. Elected leaders are the LINE function. Staff exists to support the line. The Staff of the DNC exists to support the elected democrats and to field and support democratic candidates to unseat elected republicans. The LINE of the democratic party is filled with minorities... and the staff does its bidding. The STAFF of the republican party has a black figure head, and THAT staff does the bidding of an all white LINE of elected republicans. The REAL leaders of either political party are those members who face the voters and get elected. The staff of the party is the national committee organizations, and they exist solely to support and enhance the efforts of the line... the real leaders of the party.
That's how it works, yurt.... your support staff has a black guy leading it. congratulations. Our LINE has a black guy leading IT, and the rest of the line is peppered with minorities. Your line is lily white.... and the voters - especially the minority voters - realize that all to well.

and i have repeatedly told you that part of my, effort if you will, is to show the world you and your party's lies about racism claims among the gop and to show that your party isn't so "non" lily white as you claim....just look at the leader page.....mostly old white guys and it just eats you up.....so much so you have to deflect on the gop.....and make wimpy excuses
