No science here. None at all. This chart is discarding the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics and the Stefan-Boltzmann law. NO gas or vapor has the capability to heat the Earth. Not one bit. The effect is ZERO, None. Nan. Nada. Zip. Absolute NOTHING.

It's not possible to measure the temperature of the Earth. There is no way to tell if it's warming, cooling, or just staying the same.
You are correct. No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth. The 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics show why.

We also have nice clean and natural CO2. Useful for growing plants, as a fire extinguishing agent, as a useful ingredient in everything from bread to soda to cakes to beer, as a cheap shielding gas in welding, and even as a raw material for making oil or methane.

So let's just continue with the SOS....making little band-aid concessions because true changes would make us fall behind other countries in production, etc.

Thing is, you can't breathe money, or eat it, or drink it. You can't build a shelter against adverse weather with it either.

I'm officially old, so chances are when things really start getting bad, I'll be dead. I feel bad for the twenty somethings and younger folk that will inherit the earth that our right wing wonk and corporate flunkies will create.

none of that actually has anything to do with the court decision that the administrative branch doesn't have the authority to do the legislature's job.......if you want those things done, elect a legislature that will do them.......
 
I find it fascinating that all the corporate flunkies and right wing wonks are so happy with the latest SCOTUS ruling, and bleat that if you don't like it, elect a gov't that will legally change it (i.e. the legislative). These are the people who screamed bloody murder when Obamacare was legally passed, and the GOP didn't have the votes (despite numerous attempts) to reverse it, and the SCOTUS deemed it legal and above board. How times change. Just saying.
