Quite clearly- many police officers do not know what ' necessary force ' means. Further, nobody in their right mind would allow themselves to be arrested until they do.

No, slavery got us into this problem, the rabid chimps should be deported to Africa or put in mass graves along with their leftist allies including the entirety of the DNC leadership.

Dud you read it ? The so called asphyxiation was being cuffed and suppisedly had diaphragm constricted. Actual cause was restricted blood flow.
But lets wait and see what the real autopsy says.
