They said "He wasn't acting in his official capacity as a US Senator so it wasn't that big a deal"

Well, did Brett Kavanaugh allegedly do this as a judge? He allegedly did it as a horny teenager, so can it really count? Can we really hold actions done as a teenager against you for the rest of your life?

I mean we are told that teenagers can't control themselves that is why we are not to teach them abstinence. So I am not sure what the issue is here.

I see the point is way above your intelligence level like everything else. The analogy points out the hypocrisy of the liberal left and media. The BIG difference between Franken the pervert and Kavanaugh the accused was that with Franken, there were witnesses and photos. With Kavanaugh, nothing more than hearsay....hearsay that has now erupted at the very last hour in a partisan political ploy to delay a vote in the mistaken belief that somehow, Democrats could take over the House and prevent any future nominations from moving forward.
