Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover isn’t so bad

He must have given up hope that you would post anything of merit.

Either that or his browser timed out. Either way, I have never seen Stone post anything of any merit, and really do not care.

That was ugly, Walter.

Stone is an articulate poster and often nails you with your outrageous (lies) Walter.

Walter, is the fact that a red Tsunami is about to land in America keeping you up at night...and the loss of Twitter to shield (censor) the truth?

And this:

Kemp, Walker hold leads in major Georgia races in new poll

A new InsiderAdvantage/FOX 5 Poll shows incumbent Gov. Brian Kemp leading Democratic challenger Stacey Abrams and Republican challenger holding a slight lead over incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock.

ATLANTA - A new InsiderAdvantage/FOX 5 poll shows Republican Herschel Walker taking the lead in the race for U.S Senate in Georgia, with incumbent Republican Brian Kemp growing his lead in the governor’s race.

In the U.S. Senate race, Walker has 48% ahead of Democratic incumbent Raphael Warnock with 45%.

Libertarian Chase Oliver trails Walker and Warnock at 2%, with 2% of the people surveyed either undecided or having no opinion.

The polls of 550 likely voters in Georgia, which was conducted late Thursday, has a margin of error of 4.2%.

InsiderAdvantage Chairman Matt Towery, who oversaw the poll, says the former University of Georgia Heisman Trophy winner is gaining speed in the contest.

Towery said Walker is receiving 59% of the white vote and nearly 20% of the African-American vote. According to the poll, Walker has closed the gap with female voters and now leads among male voters by 10 points.

According to Towery, "It appears the new allegations had no impact on the race and perhaps are having a reverse effect."

If the trend continues, Towery believes Walker could win the race without a runoff, but a runoff still seems likely.

In the race for governor, Governor Kemp has grown his lead to 52% over Democratic nominee Stacey Abrams at 43%.

All kidding aside, I have never seen Stone say anything of any interest. He mostly whines that when he gets power, he will commit genocide against me and my family. He contributes nothing to America.

Walter, is the fact that a red Tsunami is about to land in America keeping you up at night

There is zero chance of a red tsunami, and the fact you think it is an absolute certainty gives me a lot of hope. It says that the alt right is massively over confident, and has a better chance of falling flat on their face.

That being said, there is a real chance of a red ripple, which given how close things are, would be a disaster for America. But here I am lucky. I am a survivor who is very much in demand around the world.

and the loss of Twitter to shield (censor) the truth?

I do not use Twitter, never have. I really do not care. I will point out that it is sad that you need Twitter to distribute your "truth", and that your "truth" fits in 140 characters.

Kemp, Walker hold leads in major Georgia races in new poll

It is a sad day for Republicans when the best they can hope for is to win in Georgia. Do you think you will win in Texas too? How about Wyoming?

Walter, the Twitter issue is about censorship of opposing ideas.

I do not care if you use Twitter. I don’t use Twitter either but lots of people do and there should be no censorship.

I believe that Mr. Musk will no longer allow censorship.

Do you really believe we are only counting on wins in Georgia, Walter. Really?

If the House and Senate flip, that’s a red Tsunami, Walter and I now believe it will. Blacks and Hispanics are leaving the corrupt and dangerous far left Democrat Socialist Party, Walter. Google it.

The far left loons went too far, as they always do. The country does not want to de-fund the police or to allow violent criminals back on the streets over and over.

We want safe streets, secure borders, low inflation, and small government and low taxes.

The times they are a changing, Walter. Get accustomed to it.

This is not a day most people are thinking that. He just lost a lot of money.

Maybe he will turn this around... But history tells us that when someone enters a field he knows nothing about assuming he can do the impossible, chances are that he cannot.

What did he know about Fintech, rockets or EVs?

Free speech has nothing to do with who or what has access to a privately owned forum.

Free speech merely keeps you from being arrested for expressing your beliefs.

It doesn't mean that you have access to any privately owned forum that you want.

Buy your own fucking soapbox.

The cretinous devolved mutant Musk can do whatever he wants with what he bought.

So could the previous owner.

The biggest idiots of all are those who attribute any importance at all to social media.

In other other news, Jack Dorsey only controls around 2% of Twitter’s total outstanding shares or 2% of the company overall.

Elon Musk will pay Jack Dorsey roughly $975 million in cash at the purchase price of $54.20 per share (technically, from a consortium of banks loaning money to Elon using his Tesla shares as collateral).

When Jack pays 13 percent to the state of California and 20 percent to the IRS, his windfall will be reduced.

Jack’s net gain on this transaction after taxes will be about $653 million.

Now does he still own his own company?

Exactly.

Musk has lost tens of billions of dollars, so it has been very bad for him.

Musk is entering a business he knows nothing about, and which is in (hopefully temporary) decline. He may well have a lot of losses in the future.

His solution? To turn Twitter, which has only been successful because it is so small, into a huge bloated "everything" app. It will work, as long as he can turn America into China with its government sponsored monopolies. I for one do not want to turn control over everything to Musk.

Thankfully, there is a simple solution. Creating a short social app is easy. Twitter owns our contact lists, but we can rebuild them. It is easier than transferring everything else in our lives to his "everything" app.

End of all this, the alt right will continue to rant that it is all about politics, but the reality is that it is all about business.
Yeah after this Musk will be down to his last couple of hundred billion dollars. He may have to take food stamps.
