Republicans want to frame the upcoming elections to be about “wokeness,” cancel culture and the “militant left wing.” Standing up for the inherent dignity of everyone is a core American value, and Democrats are proud to do that every day.

While Republican politicians peddle lies, fear and division, we should use every single one of the next 200 days or so before the election to deliver meaningful improvements for working people.

While I do not disagree with Warren, at the same time, she overlooks the fact that nations are not just places to get food and shelter.
Democrats need to raise the level of discourse to what does it mean to be an American. Should we believe in democracy? Yes. Do all Americans believe in democracy? No.

Is the teacher allowed to read a story in which a child interacts with his two dad or two moms to a kindergarten class like you’d read about a child interacting with his mom and dad?

Nearly three-quarters of Americans want to put an end to wildly profitable corporations paying nothing or little in federal income taxes (yes, Amazon, I’m looking at you) and put into place a global minimum corporate tax. And a majority of Americans would like to use some of those tax revenues to invest in clean energy, affordable child care, and universal pre-K.

Corporations just pass their taxes along to consumers like you and me.

So far the democrat party has done just that.
Raised the price of fuel and just about everything that comes from oil production.
Added 50% to the cost of heating our homes
Put massive fuel surcharges on everything delivered by trucks.
Left $85 billion dollars worth of munitions in Afghanistan and in the process killed 13 Americans and left an unknown number trapped in that country.
Increased the cost of a home mortgage by 30%
Turned their backs on the police and let crime run rampant in democrat run citied to the point where that is the number one issue come election time.
Caused thousands of small businesses to shut down due to unnecessary China flu regulations.
Pissed away hundreds of billions of dollars in PPE scams.
Raised the price of a used car by nearly 40%.
I agree with Fauxahontas. Show the average American what the democrat party has done for them.

probably not. I would imagine those books were being chosen for a particular reason - and they went out of their way to find such books. but it will be up to the parents in the community to decide what is suitable and what is not
