Editor Is Fired, but Not Silenced, Over the NRA

The gun nuts want to suppress discussion of this issue in the US. Yet more evidence we are living in a dictatorship lead by demagogic right wing fascists. We need a revolution to overthrow the fascists and restore order to the United States. Make America great again! Eliminate the rightsts!

This is how the NRA takes care of people who defy it. Hope you gun lovers are proud of how they worked to stifle free speech.

After defending the faculty members, McLaughlin ended her editorial with a plea: "We've tried arming every citizen who is so inclined.........

Let's start with a few questions

1) Where is your proof the NRA got her fired?

2) When did we try to arm every citizen who is so inclined? What does that mean?

This is your thread and your article so surely you can explain it. Or maybe you can't?

Here is a little nugget for KKKhristiefan to chew on. As it stands illegal aliens are not allowed to legally purchase guns.

But KKKhristiefan wants to give them amnesty thus putting 11 million gun buyer in the system. Swell huh?

Nobody's talking about illegal aliens with guns. It was your gang of bumbling goons who voted to let those on the terror watch list buy guns. How can you prove they're all pure as the driven snow?

Well, wouldn’t you know it? “Membership in a terrorist organization does not prohibit a person from possessing firearms or explosives under current federal law,” according to the Government Accountability Office and now a report from the federal agency finds that over 2,000 individuals on the FBI’s terrorist watch list have indeed successfully and legally purchased a firearm from 2004 to 2014.
The Washington Post highlighted the findings of the GAO’s March report in light of Friday’s terror attacks in Paris:

"Between 2004 and 2014, suspected terrorists attempted to purchase guns from American dealers at least 2,233 times. And in 2,043 of those cases — 91 percent of the time — they succeeded. There are about 700,000 people on the watch-list — a point that civil libertarians have made to underscore that many on the list may be family members or acquaintances of people with potential terrorist connections."

That was nothing to do with the NRA.....
Now the lies..

That the San Bernardino affair was a mass shooting and not a terrorist attack...it really can't be both because we do differentiate between the two.

That the NRA is against background checks....is made up of other than responsible gun owners

That the NRA refuses to discuss any type of gun control

That the NRA labels as 'anti-gun' any legislator that consider measures to reduce gun deaths

That terrorism is somehow linked to concealed carry laws

That the NRA is more concerned about the gun industry than the average gun owner.

Haven't seen the actual article so I can only go by what the op says ....

Take it up with the author if you want to challenge the article. I posted the link.

So you want me to prove the NRA didn't get her fired?

KKKhristiefan is channeling Deshtard again.

God you are fucking stupid

Either sober up or try to use logic, lunkhead.

If you think the article is a lie, find some comments from the NRA or the Concannon family that refute the author's points.

I realize you are a fucking retard so I will try to keep it simple for you.

The above was your very first sentence about this story. You claimed the NRA is responsible for stifling her speech. Your fucking words. You made the claim. I asked you to prove it. You can't.

The gun debate is over sugar tits. Your side lost. Deal with it

Is it worth your time to find out WHY the bill was not passed....does it matter to you at all or don't you really give a shit ?

Some believe that S. 34 (Sen. Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J.) and H.R.1506 (Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y.) are intended to prevent “terrorists” from buying guns. Here’s what the bills really propose:

  • That a person who is not otherwise prohibited from buying a firearm, and who therefore would otherwise pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check, could still be prohibited from acquiring a firearm if he is on the FBI’s watchlist.
  • That once a person is told that he is on the watchlist, he would be subject to a 10-year prison sentence for a gun already possessed, even if he has been placed on the watchlist by mistake, or for a minor or unsubstantiated reason.
  • That a person who goes to court to challenge his placement on the watchlist would not be informed of the specific suspicions or allegations upon which his watchlisting is based.
  • That the person’s challenge to his watchlisting would be decided by a judge, not a jury.
  • That the judge would not be allowed to consider all of the available evidence.

So how do you like that bill....

Any politician that would vote for all that bill proposes should be jailed for failure to live by his oath to uphold the US Constitution....incidentally, the bill was never voted on....

Now there you go giving the retard facts. Her 50 IQ can't comprehend what you just said. All she is capable of is repeating what her besty Darla tells her

God you're getting as stupid as freedumb.

The author claimed the NRA was responsible. I said what the author said. Not surprised you don't understand the difference.

The dumb twat can claim anything. She provided ZERO proof and yet you want me to prove she lied? How do you not see how fucking retarded that is?

Actually I need to stop calling you a retard. You are even dumber than that

You can rest easily knowing the guns in the San Bernardino killings were legal. Hope that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

"The two assault-style rifles that the attackers used to carry out a shooting massacre in San Bernardino on Wednesday were legally purchased in California due to a technical loophole in the state's assault weapons ban."
