Lots of nations have contingency plans sitting on the shelf to weaponize nuclear, biologic, and chemical material, if the need arises.

Enriched uranium is useless without sophisticated weapons systems.
Iran could have created weaponized delivery systems decades ago if they had wanted to.

Your portly president has likely pushed them over the threshold to actually make nuclear weapons.

Weapons grade uranium-235 has to be enriched to about 90 percent.
