True, and that dose not matter to me. I do enjoy seeing Trump pay 5 Million, when money is so important to him. He screwed a guy I know out of $5,000 just because he could.

If you are in fact a slum lord lawyer you just keep proving how bad at your job you were.

Most judgements a slum lord lawyer would get would be civil judgements.

The person then telling you that judgement is irrelevant is not something any good slum lawyer would accept or they never would have sued in the first place.

So what is clear to me, is that as a bad lawyer you went after people who were 'judgement proof' as you did not do your work first. You then found the judgement, even though on your side, was irrelevant.


That is nothing more than bad lawyering. James the New York AG has already proved how 'relevant' her civil suits have been shutting down numerous Trump Fraud businesses and she will soon shut down his parent CO and end up seizing and liquidating all his assets in NYS. A massive blow to Trump and not at all irrelevant.

That is just a silly thing to say though, as that applies to each and every person after winning.

The odds are very much that she will receive the $5MM in escrow and that Trump's attempt to appeal will be denied.

The only thing you are saying is 'she MAY be dead before she gets the money'.

That applies to every single person who ever wins a case. They ALL could die before getting the money. It is just a stupid thing to say.

And Trump having no solid grounds to appeal, means the Superior and SC would almost certainly deny hearing it. Meaning it will not take as long , as many cases do, to get her, her money.

Based on the number of times i have corrected you on matters of law and after google checks you have back pedaled away from your prior statements and positions, i think you are potentially being honest with regards to your dementia and forgetting of the law. Dumb makes sense but so too does dementia.
