Not that I’ve seen. The truth and facts are in the law. All these indictments have gone through the process.

I have not been happy with several decision by the courts, but that’s the process. If there is evidence that the process is tainted it will be discovered, until then, it’s the law.

The great thing is Trump already put up over $5M in cash for the appeal bond for this trail. The full amount awarded from the last case. That is in the Court Trust account and for whatever time it takes, it will accrue interest and E Jean will eventually get it all.


Unlike most verdicts (ALex Jones, OJ, Rudy, etc) where they will play poor and make them chase them for money, Trump is already out of pocket.

Now if E Jean gets the $20MM or more added to it, for this second one, she may have to chase for that.


But for the rest of the fat man, Trump's short life, that $5MM will either be in E Jean pockets or denied to him, in the escrow account waiting to go to her.

Trump has made it clear to the courts and the jury what he thinks of a $5MM punitive damages award, punishing him for lying about E Jean and that is 'he does not GAF about $5MM and will continue to defame her'.

This jury will be informed of that by E Jean's lawyer. That he has already said $5MM is not enough of a penalty to stop him from going immediately back to the media to defame her again.

So last time was not about money for E Jean, and she did not even ask for any amount, as the verdict clearing her name was her goal. This time it should be all about money for E JEan, since he will just continue to muddy her name if he is not forced to stop.

I am thinking this punitive damages award should be at least $25MM and as much as $50MM. And if he defames her again, then do another 5X+ on the award the next time.


That is fair and equitable.
