A jury found Trump had committed sexual assault against E JEan and the only reason it was not a finding of rape is because NYS made a distinction saying finger and object forceful non consensual penetration of a woman is sexual assault and only a penis used makes it rape.
Federal law and most other States (including now NYS) define what Trump did as rape.
And when Trump tried to counter sue E Jean when she said he raped her the judge rendered a finding they are basically the same thing and threw his counter suit case out.
So ya, in all but the most silly semantic case Trump did rape her and was found to do so.
