Thug is Not an internet code word...lol The definition depends on who's saying it, where, and when.
If it was Obama or the mayor of Baltimore, it's one thing. If it's a white person here, it's another. If it's in reference to Tupac and his tatoo, some see him as a hero you know, so....
well, and then there's this Young Thug.....kind of like Justin Bieber lyrics...almost...six more kids than Justin...and more run ins with the law, but who's really counting?

Dumb dumb dumb. Belieber's been in trouble numerous times, his behaviour has been highly-scrutinized in the press and there is no record of cops calling him a thug. Sean Penn's been in trouble with police, they don't call him a thug. Track Palin, Aaron Carter, Nick Nolte, Lindsey Lohan... never called thugs.

When somebody talks about thugs ruining a place, it is almost impossible today that they are referring to somebody with blond hair.
