Let's start with the Bible. It's the same book for all Christians but all Christians don't interpret it the same way. If someone uses the Bible to support hatred of gays, for instance, I disagree with them. If someone uses the Bible to support a "prosperity gospel", I disagree with them, too. It has nothing to do with hating the people. I may disagree with them but they're still entitled to their opinions, no matter how dumb and stupid those opinions are.

They don't. You just need a to think that to justify the islamist terrorist who is doing what Mohammed said. Christians do not target Muslims in the name of Jesus. Muslims do murder in the name of Allah.
