But there's also an anti-capitalist, anti-authority, anti-police element in the City as well. I know little of the people in Oakland, so I'll take your thoughts on them. I just can't condone all the violence. The protests, yes, but there's no need for the violence.
It may be true that some of the violent ones came from other areas, but I just can't fathom why the locals won't try to stop or contain it.

I wouldn't recommend people just rushing out to buy a weapon, especially if they have no experience with one. Many of us rural folk were brought up around guns, so
it's pretty much normal to us to have a few guns around for hunting, shooting and protection. I guess there isn't quite as much to do around a city to have one, but
there's still the fact that a shotgun pointed in your face can be a severe deterrent if you're gonna commit a crime.

They would not share data with our health professionals that might have mitigated their virus from China. They nailed shut the doors of those with the virus from China They did not stop flights out of China and the virus from China spread around the world.

China must be held accountable for the hundreds of thousands of deaths and the economic loss around the world.

Count on the far left loon apologists to defend China and falsely blame it on our great president whose closure of flights from China saved countless lives.

The president is following the advice of the health professionals and the states are opening their economies following the guidelines.

The violence sucks. I'm not condoning it or justify it. And as we saw in Minneapolis it was many new immigrants who had their businesses attacked. It's not like they are responsible for what everyone is upset about. But most people here don't have guns or aren't walking around carrying them. And the reality is unless you are protesting, or own a business you are trying to protect, you aren't out at the protest so there's nothing you can do anyway.
 
Like PoliTalker said, it's a corona virus diversion! Trump and his response and handling of the corona virus has been a total failure and lack of leadership too! This diversion won't work either, as the deaths are steadily mounting daily?!!
