she backed arming the Syrian rebels, but Obama didn't buy it like he did Libya.

Obama did a pilot program with the CIA in Jordan (arming and training, and supplying TOW missiles an assorted weapons
which was a disaster.
al-Nusra and assorted jihadi kidnapped or seized the weapons, and the remainder of the force dissolved -mostly defectors (we think).
