in fact, this is the greatest thread of 2010
the war on drugs, specifically marijuana, is nothing but control by the government over our lives...you can drink, which has FAR more harmful effects on your person and society than marijuana, but.....marijuana is illegal and in order to fight the war on marijuana, the government needs BILLIONS of dollars a year, not just in enforcement, but in incarceration....
marijuana is no more a gateway drug than root beer is a gateway to dr. pepper....the only reason marijuana could "possibly" be a gateway, is solely because 1) you are predisposed to try any and all drugs, 2) the people you buy marijuana from also sell other drugs in order to keep their currently illegal operation afloat
