Tax Refund = Returning a person's property who has rightfully earned it.

Corporate welfare, government handouts and subsidies to "job creators" are somehow different from helping the poor and hungry, because there is a presumption of entitlement?

Meanwhile many large enterprises and wealthy individuals pay no income tax at all.

Religious institutions are exempted from many forms of taxation.

Seem like a good balance?

All property is theft from society. Rich people are merely returning what society has loaned them when they pay taxes. They don't deserve any money at all.

how so? It's actually quite simple. If you apply for specified tax breaks you would have to include with your filing a clean drug test analysis report from a certified lab. It's easily workable.

It does have the same major flaw as drug testing poor applicants for government assistance.

#1. It is a violation of ones constitutional rights.
#2. It's easy to evade as drug testing really only works, as a deterrent, when applied randomly.

The congress lady is right. The primary reason for drug testing the poor by soulless right wingers with no sense of compassion is to demonize the poor.

I don't believe in drug testing for anybody unless it is for some specific occupation like a pilot or such, we just don't do that shit over here. I also think that the rich would find a way around the rules.
