The level for subsidies was lowered to 300% for families to appease conservatards. The medicare rate is 133%; unfortunately, damo, it doesn't look like you'll have the luck of qualifying for good socialized medicine. It looks like you've stuck yourself with shitty capitalized medicine for now.

My insurance is way better than medicare. There is no donut hole and no restrictions on preexisting conditions. What is the current US "poverty" level? Some very rich people appear to be able to get "subsidies"...

Seriously, I agree that there are quasi-religious institutions out there that do what they do for monetary profit and thus should be taxed. But I would propose that we distinguish among those who are legitimately operating as they should and those who aren't before we start taxing "churches."
