fuck you to those who drink and drive

seriously, if you're too drunk to drive, wtf are you doing behind the wheel? granted, you may be too drunk to realize it, but plan ahead. if you know you're going to drink and you don't have a limit, plan ahead. how hard can this be?

happen to catch a hearing this week where the defendant was drunk, behind the wheel, so drunk, that he crashed through a fence, into the yard and hit 3 children, pinning a fourth to the wall while the father and mother watched in horror and tried to get the guy to STOP the car....the drunk motherfucker instead backs up and runs over againand KILLs 3 of the children

yeah...i'm so glad alcohol is legal and marijuana is not :fu:
 
Back in the day drinking and driving was accepted. I've done my share of it and thank God that I've been lucky and never hurt anyone or even got caught. Part of it is that I have always been at least responsible enough to slow down and be as careful as I could.

I've never been so drunk though, driving or just sitting on my ass, to have disregard for human life like this defendant did. North Carolina has prosecuted folks like this with capital murder. I hope your state has the balls to go after him with this degree of vengeance.

Fiction Capital punishment is a sentencing option in my state, but impaired drivers cannot get the death penalty.

Fact It is rare that an impaired driver who kills is charged with first degree murder. It is even rarer that an impaired driver who kills is charged with capital murder. However, two states, North Carolina and Kentucky, have charged impaired drivers with capital murder. These states have not created any new law; they have simply used the existing capital murder law and applied that law to the facts of the vehicular homicide. If a vehicular homicide case meets all of the statutory criteria for capital murder, there is no reason the case cannot be charged as such.

People who think that drunk drivers should be executed should be executed.

There is no moral difference between a drunk driver who does not kill and one that does. You are just as evil as the guy who killed the kids.

So essentially they just invent intent and kill for no other reason than the sadistic pleasure they get out of taking human life. A common American tactic.

Evil men like you need to have their lives put an end to, SM. Some people are just so anit-human that they're beyond the pale. Your genes need to be removed from the face of the earth.

There is really no tolerance in California for this kind of senseless murder, and make no mistake, it is murder. When you make the initial decision to put the alcohol in your system, it's the first step in compromising your clear thinking and judgment. If you're an alcoholic, such as this man surely has to be, he lost his ability to control his drinking long before this incident.

How do you live knowing you've done something like this?
 
For the record, I have also Thanked Yurt today, so before certain retards go on predicting that I am against him because of his claim to fame of losing to me in the debates, lets just remember that they can all STFU.

I've never said anything before but my younger brother was killed by a drunk driver just over 4 years ago as he was crossing a road. So I have to say that your comments are in very poor taste. The driver eventually got two years for the crime but it hardly makes up for it.

in ca driving while impaired is illegal - whether you are drunk or high on some other drug

the legality of the drug is not relevant - impaired is impaired
