Let's say he is not playing 4D national security, or as Grind says, 4D chess, Trump tells his military people to get the ship to South Korean waters and they say, okay, yes sir. Then they screw that up, how is Trump supposed to know? You must think he has a magic globe that can tell him where anything is in the world.

I will say this though, it disturbed me greatly. Because what if this was an actual wartime command. The buck should stop with Trump, however, what can he do when he orders the military to move a ship and they screw up the communication? Serious question, because I don't recall this ever happening before.
