That is a bit of a stretch. While some liberals would really really like to move past Hillary, it is HILLARY that is keeping herself in the conversation. pretending she is not out on a her 'its everyone elses fault' book tour, commenting on Trump routinely, etc... is a bit dishonest.

Obama is not top ten. He ran up almost $10T in debt. He put forth Obamacare and in the typical liberal dishonest way, took the subsidies out of Obamacare (in conjunction with the Dems in Congress) so that it would appear that Obamacare wasn't going to massively increase the deficit and thus debt. He then illegally funded the subsidies despite nothing in the bill allowing it to be done. He then illegally tried to write his own immigration laws. He was a disaster on foreign policy. His domestic agenda was horrid as well. The markets began their rebound in March of 2009. Nothing Obama did in the first month and a half of office triggered that. Add in the Fed STILL has $4.5T on its balance sheet thanks to the absurd policies of the Fed under Obama and yeah... he is def not a top ten President.
