Donald Trump is seeking to erase the United States as we know it

This president, abetted by the supine acquiescence of the Republican Congress and licensed by a US supreme court partly of his own making, is not just temporarily deconstructing the institutions that comprise our democracy.

He and his circle are making a bid to reshape the US altogether by systematically erasing and distorting the historical underpinnings of our 235-year-old experiment in self-government under law.

The tragedy is that too many politicians and organizations are caving in without a fight, leading others to follow suit. With each surrender, Trump and his minions not only grow more emboldened but cement their hold on power by cracking down on all who dare oppose them in court, including lawyers who come to the aid of the administration’s enemies.

What?

By getting rid of the nearly 10% of the population--thanks Joke Bribem!--that is here illegally?

Maybe by getting rid of clear fraud, waste, and abuse of taxpayer money?

By cutting massive, invasive, unnecessary bureaucratic regulations?

How about by getting rid of do-nothing federal workers?

Seems to me what he's doing is bringing America back from the brink of becoming a failed socialist state run by the Left.

Look, you obviously know nothing about history.

Brandonpresident , head to Canada.

"Like Julius Caesar besieging and burning the Library of Alexandria, the Doge officials descended upon the IMLS to begin the process of gutting the public institutions dedicated to preserving and making widely available the shared memory of our past.

It was none other than Benjamin Franklin whose conception of public libraries democratized knowledge and made it accessible to ordinary people. What used to be the private province of the few became the public province of the many.

Yes. Did you?
Yes I did. Here's an example from it:

Triggering the latest iteration of that worry, the government hastily deported more than 200 Venezuelan immigrants to a notorious prison in El Salvador, without hearings or evidence and thus without anything even resembling due process of law, pursuant to the US president’s proclamation “signed in the dark on Friday evening” that they constituted an invasion by a foreign state.
Note that she calls those deported "immigrants," as if they legally entered the US and were applying for citizenship. Nothing mentioned about their being gangsters, declared terrorists, or their crimes committed in the US.

Does she know that they got no hearing or that evidence wasn't presented or that due process wasn't followed? Does she know that those deported can still continue their legal case from the country they were deported to?

I guess she doesn't know that Congress is in the process of passing a bill to authorize President Trump to essentially go to war with these gangs--full scale war.

It's becoming more coherent that Trump can invoke the Enemy Aliens act and then us the War Powers act until Congress formalizes--and that's moving forward--what amounts to a declaration of war on the cartels.

you're lost, dude. You don't even know what the article is!

The thing about due process is that it leaves a record. If due process had been followed, those records would have been able to be handed over to the judge.

Thank you for your report . It provides evidence that brain-scrubbed Trumpist anti-American zombies can type.
