Like "Everyone deserves Healthcare"
what they really are saying is

"Everyone deserves healthcare, and the ones that can not afford it or in some case won't buy it we should all use some of our money and buy it for them"

just say it, and we can actually have a discussion, but this half sentence moral high road at every turn just comes out disingenuous
