He is fighting a tyranny much bigger, more experienced, better funded and more powerful than the one Washington had to beat back. Worse yet,...it is ingrained both outside and INSIDE our own Government.

Trump at least didn’t make that ignorant argument. Washington wasn’t fighting tyranny at all. Indeed, he had been offered and rejected the opportunity to be a tyrant. But now he faced something more difficult. He was inventing the office.

I never got to see Washington's schtick on TV, of course,
but I very seriously doubt
that it could have been even remotely as stomach-turning as Pigshit's.

Washington had to pretty much invent the job on the fly.
At that early stage of the game, we have to qualify his effort as a roaring success
strictly on the basis that was a second President after him.

We have no clue what the aftermath of Pigshit might be.
