Normally a First Lady writes all the staff personal notes when she leaves the White House. There is enough personal items in the letter to make the staff feel known. Melania had a brand new intern write her letters. It had nothing personal in them.

I am not sure she could write a letter in English. But maybe that is just me. I am even more sure that she could not write an emotional letter.
