More emotive nonsense. The only person worried about him being gay is you, the only person who talked about that at all is you. Like I said. You get upset when I point out that you cannot speak on a higher level than this, then prove me right every. single. time.

Reporter : here's a KKK rally is happening and they plan to march on black congress members and confront them.

Reporter decides to go along and document after learning of it.

KKK members have their manifesto grievances, end up assaulting some people during their protest.

Reporter asks some of the assaulted (puts microphone in their face) if they are aware of the KKK grievances and what they think of that.

@Damocles being the braniac that he is says the reporters just participated in the crime as reporters cross lines when they try to interview victims and question them with knowledge of the motives.

Everyone not Damo, points and laughs at how stupid he is.

Yes, if he is using the KKK intimidation to get a reaction and tell the victim how much it is their right to victimize them, yes, the reporter would be participating in the crime.

Again, EVERY SINGLE THING you have over and over stated as the crimes Don Lemon did are things any reporter COULD and WOULD do on any such crime scene they showed up on to document the actions of what was transpiring.

You DO NOT just get to say 'him having a microphone' is the proof of his crime, nor him 'questioning people and not staying at the back' is the crime. when those things are not crimes.

You WANT them to be the crimes. You are DESPERATE for them to be the crimes as you see NOTHING else you can say is a crime, so over and over you falsely say normal actions any reporter does are crimes because Don did them.

And even when we point out many of the judges are Reagan, Bush1 &2 or Trump 1 or even 2 judges you just spin to something else. Trump is regularly destroyed by all stripe of judge in all his court losses.

Now PROVE that is what he was doing and that he was not just interviewing them and documenting the event as any reporter would do.

Rulings from the SCOTUS hold that reporters can have foreknowledge of a crime and report on the crime, but they cannot participate in the crime. In this they cannot help plan it, give aid, drive, make speeches in behalf of and participate in the crime. Their foreknowledge does not constitute any obligation to report the crime to authorities, in this they can follow the criminals to the scene and film and report on what they are seeing but they cannot participate in the crime.

If the crime is the intimidation of parishioners at worship, the reporter does not get to help them by telling the pastor and parishioners how much of a right they have to come in and intimidate them while they are at worship while they are actively being intimidated. Even if QP! thinks that it is "just asking questions" of victims who are actively being intimidated, it is not something the reporter can do without participating in the crime.

Above is you AGAIN adding in your fantasy list of things that would make it a crime if you had proof Don did them.

- "help plan it" - you have no proof and that is just your fantasy
- "drive, make speeches on behalf and participate in the crime" - drivel and you have no proof and that is just your fantasy

What i think or you think is irrelevant in terms of what crime was done. What matters is the FACTUAL actions taken and not how you try to spin them.

As even you keep repeating over and over when you describe the ACTUAL ACTIONS you try and spin as a crime, it is 'holding a microphone to the person he is interviewing', while 'not staying at the back of the church and instead approaching the person he is trying to interview'.

At no time have you offered a single FACTUAL thing beyond that, that Don did, but you pad that with lots of your supposition and spin.
