Nope. Lies are not free speech. You can say anything you want in public, but if it causes damage to others you are responsible. They cannot defend their lies. This is not questioning elections. It was saying the machines were deliberately designed to cheat in the election. That is not true. How do they sell machines in the future with that lie hanging over their business? Fox damaged their business and should make them whole.
