Dominion voting machines

obviously since no votes that were received late are legal, the burden is on the state to not count any illegal votes........no one should deny that fact......

Without real and convincing evidence of the state counting illegal ballots there is no reason for a court to assume that they did. Just because someone 30 feet away thinks they did that is not evidence enough for any court when there were 4 people 2 feet away, including 2 Republicans, that says it didn't happen

thanks for that.......now we know those votes were not counted illegally.......on to the rest!...........only 70M to go......

Affidavits signed under possible penalty of perjury are evidence. Evidence then goes to court for a judge to decide if there is proof.

I don't think you quite understand what evidence is.

Anyone can sign an affidavit but that doesn't make that affidavit evidence that will be accepted by the court. The claims in the affidavits have to be relevant and they have to be confirmed by other sources before the court would consider them evidence.

An affidavit from a woman saying she felt intimidated by a big black man counting ballots while wearing a BLM t-shirt isn't evidence of anything wrong with the ballots or how they are counted.
An affidavit from someone claiming that the people opening the ballot envelops were rolling their eyes when they saw a ballot marked for Trump is not evidence of anything wrong.

I could sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury saying I ate pasta last night. That doesn't make it "evidence."

Evidence is collected, then brought before a judge.

Dominion voting machines used for years in Venezuela, other countries and in the U.S.:
Drag & drop selected votes into a folder.
Simply delete the folder.
Trump will win.

Go away you old ugly WITCH! Haven't you done enough damage already?

Sure.. Just wait judge.. I will go find the evidence and until I do just assume I did find it already.

Meanwhile here is an affidavit saying a poll watcher felt uncomfortable which you should accept as evidence of fraud. NO! I mean election fraud not us trying to defraud the court.
