Bondi isn't playing around. She just sued NY state, and Hochul and James directly for their backing and allowing NY to be a sanctuary state. In particular, a provision of NY state law that requires the state notify an illegal alien when ICE, etc., makes a request for information on them. That's aiding a abetting a criminal.
