DOJ says attorney/client privilege does not apply in cases involving TRUMP!!!!!!!!!!!

The govt will do anything to destroy trump. They now want to force trump's lawyer to tell them what trump said!!! Trump is not part of the swamp and that scares them.

If it's proven the lawyer is a part of his client's crime, then privilege does not apply. It's called the "crime-fraud exception". It's for a judge to decide. It's described right in your OP article.

That just goes to show my dear, that you dont know shit about attorney-client privilege. Time to stop pretending that you have a fucking clue.

Attorney-client privilege is absolute. Judges have no authority to waive it though they do just like most judges allow witness-tampering. All judges are crooks taking bribes.

It's really a dystopia out there, TDAK.
None of our one-trusted institutions have integrity anymore.
We're clearly witnessing the demise of humanity.

At this point, you should enjoy yourself however you can and stop worrying about what you can't change.

Is that what you're doing on JPP?

you are truly an ignorant piece of dog manure:

"The attorney-client privilege protects most communications between clients and their lawyers. But, according to the crime-fraud exception to the privilege, a client's communication to her attorney isn't privileged if she made it with the intention of committing or covering up a crime or fraud."

HAHAHAHA. As usual democrats want to scrap settled law if it will help them get trump.
