I love that they found some near his Corvette in his garage... Just sitting around reading some good juicy "T" in his garage, just set them here... Yup... Let's just leave this Classified info in my garage, same thing as a SCIF... I wonder if he's as "shocked" now as he was...

1) We the people won't know exactly the degree of "classified" these documents contain...at best we'll get a general description of content.
2) At best, Biden will receive either a reprimand or slap on the wrist.
3) Dump would have gotten the same thing IF the fool had acted as Biden and his people did. It is what it is.

The classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center were from Biden’s time as vice president — and he left office in January 2017. While it is not clear when Biden started using his private office at the Penn Biden Center, it was likely around the time the center opened, which means the documents weren’t originally at the Penn Biden Center.
This opens up the possibility that Biden may have selected the Penn Biden Center documents from among the cache in his garage for transport to his private office there, which would contradict his claim that he was unaware that he was in possession of the documents and would also cast significant doubt that he is unaware of what the documents contained.
My emphasis. So there appears to be a 1 year gap between Biden removing the classified docs from government custody (whether literally removing them in January 2017 or simply retaining docs he had had in his possession for an unknown time period) to classified docs being brought to the Penn Biden Center.
There is also the Scylla-Charybdis choice of whether a staffer without clearance or Biden himself chose which classified docs to be brought to the Center. It seems Biden is the more likely to have done so, since he would have some familiarity with the docs' content and import.

Bottom line: a mild form of criminal negligence that will result of some official slap on the wrist that MAY act as a disqualification to run for a second term. OR, an official reprimand for carelessness that won't mean much.

Not quite....you and your like minded brethren seem to have mass amnesia regarding the FACT that it was the DOJ (or some gov't agency) that discovered the missing Dump files...and asked for them back for damn near a year! DUMP REFUSED & STALLED and LIED...much to the point where the FEDS had to raid the joint to get them back.
BIG FREAKING DIFFERENCE. Had the idiot did the same as Biden, all this would have blown over for him by now.
