I do not know who else would have security clearance... Do you? Who put those documents there? Did Biden know they were there? These are questions that have to be answered before you can blame him. Its the same for Trump, but it appears some of those questions are answered regarding Trump. We will see, but before convicting him, you need the answers.

Did Biden have a liason who had clearance in charge of Top Secret Documents? Maybe...

Maybe he did have a liason but that doesn't exonerate the shit stain from know where the documents are. You can't just pas off the responsibility if he also has clearance just because you voted for the imbecile.

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow opened her Monday show by mocking the Republican excitement over what they were certain might be a scandal for President Joe Biden, only to be seemingly let down moments later.

Fox News spent the day hyping up a CBS News report that lawyers for the president were cleaning out a locked storage room at the Penn Biden Center when they found classified documents that should have gone to the National Archives.

"There was a brief flurry of excitement on the right this afternoon," Maddow said.
As the CBS News report explained, the Penn Biden Center was the office of the former vice president after he left office in 2017, but he vacated it in 2020 when he announced he was running.

"On November 2nd, lawyers for President Biden, lawyers who work for him in his present capacity, were reportedly packing up the office space the vice president used at the Penn Biden Center," CBS reported. "In so doing, they found classified documents there. Classified documents they say, were locked inside those offices, mixed in with some nonclassified documents.

This is, of course, a weird set of circumstances, but that is what they say happened. The White House has since confirmed the basis of this account, as has news organizations after CBS News was first to break the story."

Maddow explained that the reason it created a lot of excitement on the right "briefly tonight, is that it immediately created a perceived 'what-aboutism' defense for President Trump.

President Trump is under federal investigation for apparently deliberately hoarding hundreds of classified documents at his home in Florida, including, refusing to hand them over after National Archives told them he had to come even after they subpoenaed him to get those documents. Brief excitement on the right tonight, that they thought they had a new defense."

Legally I’m pretty sure it does. If someone puts something illegal in your office without your knowledge, you can’t be held legally liable. Once you know, it’s there, that’s a different story.

Right documents tied to him were left there for 2 years. They had this info last fall but never said anything about it? Can you say midterms. If trump had done this your head would have exploded. If you deny it you confirm what a liar you are.

So I moved out of my old office almost a year ago to a new building. If today they find classified documents in the office I vacated, am I in trouble?

Biden and twump's situation is night and day. Biden cooperated and returned the docs right away. The archives had to beg twump for what he had back and when he didn't return them, they had to raid him.

Classified documents were recently found in an office that had once been Biden's two years earlier... They were turned over as soon as they were found, no subpoena's issued, no request from the FBI.... and Trump thinks that would justify raiding Bidens homes?
