The lead is buried in paragraph 25 but I'll give the Clinton News Network some credit for kind of reporting the story of the year if not the decade:


Early this year as the investigation into Clinton's private email server was in full swing, several FBI field offices approached the Justice Department asking to open a case regarding the relationship between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation, according to a law enforcement official. At the time, DOJ declined because it had looked into allegations surrounding the Clinton Foundation around a year earlier and found there wasn't sufficient evidence to open a case.

She is bought and paid for by foreign interests and the DOJ is corrupt to the core as is Comey who himself needs to be put on trial for his politicized cover up of Clintons flagrant violations of the law.

None of this -not any would be known about if not for the initial FOIA request,
or the House Bengazi committee . We now know she never 'turned over all her work related Emails' as well -another Clinton lie.

a case where there's a possible conflict of interest that's not necessarily criminal, the inspector general can look into it and take an administrative remedy if necessary. The State Department OIG has been looking into connections between the State Department and Clinton during her term as secretary of state since earlier this year, but has not said anything about the matter.

look for that to be stonewalled until after the election too. same as her Emails on the TPP.

I'm sorry but I have run out of confidence in the FBI and long ago gave up on State as anything more then a Clinton mouthpiece.

The only thing that could possibly give confidence back would be a special prosecutor.
Americans won't demand that -being partisans for Clinton or too brain dead to care about corruption in office

how did it "look" (by sweeping it under the rug?) with the newer batches of Emails released since then
( after she said all the work related Emails were already released) -did DoJ look at those again> no.

But they are suing Mississippi for Discriminating Against Adults with Mental Illness
and they did file a lawsuit Against New Mexico State University Alleging Discrimination in Pay Against Female Coach
and they investigated the Baltimore Police Department
and they got a priest for tax evasion....

Yeah, they've been very busy fighting serious crimes committed by the peons of America....

Yes, the entire point of the private servers in the first place was to thwart FOIA requests, the only hope now is for Assange to provide us with the 33,000 emails she deleted.

Do you know that there was no inspector general at state during Hillarys entire tenure there? Gee I wonder why?
And why won't Lynch appoint a special prosecutor the way Comey appointed Fitzgerald against the Bush administration? Could it be because Clinton promised her a job on that plane ride? Nah couldn’t be. Of course it was Mr. Comey who was in charge of the investigation of the bought and payed for Clinton pardon of racketeer Marc Rich, but decided not to prosecute then either, oh but wait there's more he didnt find reason to prosecute after his White Water investigation either, I am willing to bet it all goes back to 1992 and White Water when Clinton either bribed or blackmailed Comey and he has been in his pocket ever since.
