Yes that is because it looks like Abrego will win the motion forcing Todd Blanche and others to testify under oath, forcing him to either lie under oath or admit that the Trump Admin lied about everything regarding Abrego.
What is both obvious and yet we all already know magats will go into spin and denial over is that the DoJ knows they have no case against Albrego and the accusation are foundationless lies.
Abrego is doing everything he can to have his day in court and face these charges while the DoJ is doing everything to avoid bringing this to court, and to try and ship him away so they can maintain a narrative of 'we would have won if we went to trial'.
Understand this, in all other cases,
100% OF THE TIME, if the DoJ believes they have a winning case, they do everything to ensure the person CANNOT leave the country and avoid the trial. They put in a no travel order, seize their passport and block leaving. If you managed to leave they would fight and pressure any country harboring you to send you back.
In this case the DoJ is saying 'we have the goods'...'stop fighting us Abrego so we can help you leave and not face trial'.
Magats, we all know, are stupid, so they will not question why Trump's DoJ is so desperate to send him out of country BEFORE a trial, with no conviction and no reason for any foreign country to then hold as prisoner, and where Abrego could probably benefit from a 'Go Fund Me' other help. The Trump magats do not see how the 'conviction' would ne REQUIRED for justice, if in fact they believed Abrego was guilty of what magats accuse him of.
They know he is not. They know Trump Admin is lying and thus they will argue Abrego should be sent away to avoid trial, while suggesting that is somehow a win for them.
