Does trump have a viable defense?

Seig Heil indeed.

If/when this coup attempt fails, will you support your Reich trying to assassinate Trump?

How far are rank and file Nazi drones like you willing to go? Obviously ending free and fair elections by throwing opposition candidates in prison is fine with you. So why not just kill the opposition outright? You're basically the Khmer Rouge anyway...

The coup was successful (for now). Biden was installed as Chief Puppet. He was never elected.

Yeah, I mean the way Joe was indicted but Trump wasn't. I mean, both had classified documents, but one was above the law and not indicted.

Trump is authorized to retain classified documents. That is not breaking any law.
Biden was NEVER AUTHORIZED to EVEN VIEW the documents he had in possession, and he had them for YEARS before finally getting caught at it.

Doug Burns has a better grasp of the Constitution that you've never read than Ed Wheelan does.

https://wabcradio.com/episode/doug-burns-06-08-2023/

I wouldn't know. Rather irrelevant anyway. The Constitution of the United States is the ONLY authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States.

That Constitution makes the President Commander in Chief. That means any papers, documents, or other information that is classified or secret he has broad powers to release, detain, or retain upon leaving office.
Congress cannot limit the authority of the President. They do not have that authority.
No court can limit the authority of the President. They do not have that authority.
NARA does not have that authority.
The FBI does not have that authority. Indeed, the FBI and the biased judge that gave them the search and seizure warrant broke the law by raiding Trump's place and at odd hours. They have NO authority to view these documents. The warrant itself is illegal.

There is no crime. This case is entirely baseless.

People will decide this. A piece of paper is not going to make a statement. People will

Same as it always was

people decide. Like how people said Trump lost - and he no longer can sit in the oval office. people can now say Trump is no longer free to see daylight. you can go cry to the constitution and say that is not possible, but it will just further cement your retard status here

Appeal to authority - but you are correct - he is engaged in logical fallacy.

The appeal to authority is not a false authority fallacy, but he has committed that fallacy too. He has committed BOTH fallacies.

You will find that he denies and discards logic, along with math, history, science, philosophy, and the Constitution of the United States, all State constitutions.
He belongs to the Church of Hate, a fundamentalist style religion that seeks to 'take out' any opponents.

We are talking about Trump! Anyone else's issues,is you trying to deflect from Trump

YOU want to talk about Trump and only Trump. This is your fixation as a result of your own TDS.

Biden possessed classified and material he was not authorized to even view. He had them for years. Trump is authorized to retain any document he wishes, even classified and secret material. He does not even need to 'declassify' it first. Trump was President of the United States. The Constitution gives him this authority.

In other words, you want to persecute Trump (again) for something that Biden did.

you are an idiot. He lists specific arguments - I linked to them

you have to be a flat out retard to think we live in a banana republic where the next president has to beg the former president to return top secret office records he was allowed to hold while being president.

Whelan listed personal opinion as his argument, and as a tautology. He denies the Constitution of the United States and all State constitutions, just as you do. False authority fallacy. Whelan did not write the Constitution. ONLY the Constitution of the United States is the authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States.

Trump has all the authority he needs to retain any document he wishes.

Bananas aren't a republic.

he did not even make a real legal argument. he cried about how it is selective prosecution. and audio is a shitty way to produce something on your behalf
It is selective prosecution. That IS a legal argument. See the 14th amendment Constitution that you deny and discard.
but I get it. your case is so fucking weak, a radio show guest speaker is all you can produce as that prevents me from quoting the idiocy you are using on your behalf
Assumption of victory fallacy. Bulverism fallacy. Argument of the Stone fallacy.

you can't click a link?

DERP DERP

so dear pathetic shit stain - I can click my link and highlight text that we can actually debate
----------------

" Indictment is *not* predicated in any way on PRA. As @AndrewCMcCarthy explains here https://nationalreview.com/corner/f...l-records-under-the-presidential-records-act/, classified docs Trump retained were *agency records* outside scope of PRA. 2/"

---------------
you linked to an audio recording. you see how fucking bullshit that is?

Invalid link. Try again. False authority fallacy.

broken record fallacy

you shit stain the same bullshit all over the place

you deny the constitution, just as Trump does

derp derp

you are just calling names. labeling someone a rino because they kick your ass in a debate is pathetic leftist bullshit

Pivot fallacy. You are too concerned with people quoting Constitution. ONLY the Constitution of the United States is the authoritative reference of the Constitution of the United States.
