OWEdummyfuckstick says that he is going to use the "savings" from the Afghanistan and Iraq wars and use them for more gobblement spending..

But the money for those wars is borrowed. So what savings is he talking about?

Is he talking about borrowing more money? Did he learn finance from Bernie Madoff?
