No. My point is that by singling out Romney, you are being a hypocrite. Most middle class people pay a higher percentage than both candidates.

I think we need to address this issue as part of a complete revamping of the tax code. However, we can't realistically increase the capital gains tax to 25 or even 30 percent, as this would stifle investment. Thus, I think it would make sense to raise it to around 20%, and then replace the income tax code with a 20% flat tax on income over $40,000 or so. This would guarantee that the rich will always pay a higher rate than everyone else.
