Does everyone believe Trump is guilty of insurrection?

Have to ask the feds who are charging them.

It's a real thing not some talking point so you can't say it was planned and happened because Trump incited it.

It's one or the other.

It just is.

It'll all come out over this year you so we can all be happy. :)

I'm guessing a handful of trials with hundreds if not thousands of plea deals of people spilling their guts to save their asses. Kinda like Trump did when he refused to pardon the Insurrectionists and just left them swinging in the breeze.

I'd be pissed if someone fucked me that badly. Would you be mad about being backstabbed?

The insurrectionists are saying in court that Trump's instructions are why they were there and his belated instructions to go home are why they stopped. It is not the left saying Trump started this. It is the rightys who were involved. All of these court statements will be shown in Trump's investigation by congress.

Forum conservatives seem to realize Trump is guilty.

Who's everybody? Well consider the facts in terms of lawlessly hack in sewer sack tRump when it comes to is tRump guilt at destroying the legitimacy of the 2016 election in the un American devil's favor, and for sure guilty of conspiring with his domestic gutter conspiring GOPer and foreign enemies to covid murder over 500,000 Americans which created a global pandemic that defeated its purpose of just killing Americans only:

Twelve Russians charged with US 2016 election hack
The US Department of Justice has charged 12 Russian intelligence officers with hacking Democratic officials in the 2016 US elections.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said the dozen accused used spear phishing emails and malicious software.

He said the hackers also stole data on half a million voters from a state election board website.

The Kremlin said there was no evidence linking the 12 to military intelligence or hacking.

The claims were "an old duck" and a "heap of conspiracy schemes", said Moscow's foreign ministry in a statement.

Friday's indictment was the first by US officials to directly charge Russia's government with meddling in the US vote two years ago."

Shadow over Trump-Putin summit
Analysis by Anthony Zurcher, BBC News

If the Russian military had dropped a bomb on the headquarters of a US political party, it would be an act of war. Same if it had launched a missile at the home of the chair of a US presidential campaign.

This isn't what happened, of course, but make no mistake, what the US Department of Justice is alleging - a cyber-attack by Russian military officers against a US political party and its leaders - is, or at least should be, equally inflammatory.

The wreckage of what Robert Mueller's team says were Russian strikes on the US can be measured in damaged reputations and disrupted politics.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein denies that Friday's announcement had anything to do with Donald Trump's upcoming meeting with Vladimir Putin - but they will cast a shadow over the summit nevertheless.

After days of sharply criticising US allies, the world will closely watch how the president handles allegations of "virtual" warfare against the US when he sits down with the man whose military is accused of being behind it all."

Yet, this is the pile of tRump shit that his brainwashed cult followers prefer to follow as tRump said all of his supporters are stupid, uneducated, easy to manipulate that stupid people likes him. tRump should be guilty at being born to become a atrocity on the common decency of humanity, nature and the soul of civilization on Earth.

Everyone does NOT believe Trump is guilty of insurrection.
Everyone does not believe that water is wet, either.
We're not a facts-based culture.
