Clinton got the supers to vote for her before votes were cast. But Bernie is calling for proportionality here, not "flipping"
 
Hillary is closing-in on a majority of pledged delegates. Once she secures them, that would seem to legitimize her nomination (thank you for that, former Confederate states).
